At H.U.M.A.N. – Help Unify Mankind And Nations, trading as Make Us Human, we are dedicated to challenging discrimination in all its forms. Founded in 2020, a year that exposed deep racial and social inequalities, our organisation was built on the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

With both personal and professional lived experiences of discrimination, we understand the impact of systemic bias, exclusion, and inequity. Our mission is to ensure that no one is treated unfairly or denied opportunities due to their race, identity, or background.

Employee Support

We help organisations foster inclusive, diverse, and equitable environments through tailored consultancy, specialised training, and strategic policy design. Our approach upholds equality legislation while driving lasting behavioural change and genuine organisational transformation.

Individual Support

We provide tailored guidance, advocacy, befriending, and signposting with resources that empower individuals facing discrimination or exclusion. Our support strengthens mental well-being, self-efficacy, and fair access to rights and opportunities, helping everyone thrive.

Courses

Our programmes deliver expert-led training on diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination practices. Created for both individuals and organisations, they equip participants with practical insight, essential skills, and strategies to inspire progress and meaningful cultural change.

Funded Services Deliveries

We deliver funded Mental Health Awareness workshops, Digital Skills training, and Befriending support, alongside Advocacy for benefits and care access. Through outreach, we provide Information, Advice, and Guidance to the homeless, plus food bags, hygiene kits, and essentials.

Bless Up Podcast

Bless Up is a support and empowerment group for Black and Mixed Heritage women, offering a safe, inclusive space for dialogue, advocacy, and growth. We amplify voices, confront challenges, and encourage personal and professional development through unity and shared experience.

Podcast

Our podcast explores diversity, inclusion, and social change, highlighting the causes we champion. Through insightful dialogue, expert interviews, and lived experiences, we confront discrimination, elevate underrepresented voices, and spark meaningful conversations that drive change.
