This workshop is designed to break down biases and discrimination while fostering self-awareness to promote greater inclusion in social, professional, and economic spheres. By tackling individual, racial, and cultural biases in employment, education, housing, and healthcare, this course enables learners to recognise their unconscious /conscious biases and develop strategies to challenge them. The course also introduces unconscious bias testing as a tool for self-reflection and improvement. We all have biases that needs to be tackled to create a more inclusive society.
